Vintage Milagro Medal Top Necklace

In Mexico, various symbols known as milagros (miracles) are often used as amulets, and this top necklace features a male face (perhaps a saint). It is said to be used to protect family and friends. The chain is silver (gold-plated), and the top is likely alloy. As this is an old item, it may show signs of aging, including tarnish and minor scratches. Please review the photos and understand the characteristics of vintage items before purchasing. (A) Chain length: 45cm (B) Top vertical (maximum): (top vertical) 18mm
