ARPAC is the abbreviation for United States Army Pacific, and this souvenir jacket, also known as a tour jacket, was made to commemorate the Washington and Youngstown cruise that took place in 1974-75 for the unit stationed in Germany. Impressive artwork featuring embroidered names of places visited and units. The deep black body features striking ribbing in different colors at the neck, hem, and sleeves, and the soft, velvet body has a dull sheen that gives it a sexy look.
